It's also not clear how much of a widespread annoyance this is between users - I'd be curious to get input from others on here.

It's also not clear how much of a widespread annoyance this is between users - I'd be curious to get input from others on here.I cant't say the current method is a big bugbear for me as I don't drop user waypoints that often and when I do it tends to be for quite temporary purposes so I don't save them long term.
